Thanks again for a great diving experience with Divers Down. You and your staff went above and beyond to help make me and my son's first salt water diving experience memorable. You were so kind to give us a ride yourself back to the Ritz hotel after finishing an afternoon of diving. A special thanks also to Nicole for helping me set up the dives. Specifically Josh, Davide James and Evi also were tremendously helpful and made our dives safe and comfortable. Please relay to them all my sincere thanks. Looking forward to coming back next year and you can be assured I'll book all my dives through Divers Down.

Hey, we had a great time, Davide and crew were especially good. Being relatively inexperienced divers (before this trip only 20 dives for me, 8 for my wife), he made us feel very comfortable at all times, before, during, and after the dives. He was always very attentive to our level of comfort with the equipment, the planned dives, how much air we had left, and safety in general. We had a great time and the diving was amazing of course. Dear Nicole,
I just wanted to write and thank you for all of your help in planning our recent dive trip to Cayman.The week of diving with Divers Down was phenomenal (as always)!
Emily and James also did an incredible job with the snorkeling trip to the stingray city sand bar. The private charter was a really memorable experience for everyone. Some of our guests had never snorkeled before and I don't think anyone had interacted with stingrays like that before. Emily and James were so patient with everyone and shared their knowledge in a way that made everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. Their sense of humor and confidence are a huge asset when dealing with newbies. The experience with the stingrays was a great bonding experience for our guests, and I really think it set a fun tone with everyone for remaining wedding celebrations.
Please share our sincere thanks with Emily, James, Josh, and the rest of the Divers Down crew who helped us last week and made our trip such a special time. Our wedding week in Cayman was a fun-filled adventure that no one is soon to forget!

Everyone was so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recomend you and Diversdown. Jason received his certification card today in the mail. What a great feeling for him.

Mr. Surrey,
I was part of Mike Parker's PADI certification group that was with your staff from April 1 to April 3 and Jenny Smetters was the instructor for my group during that time period. I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how great Jenny's instruction was for the entire trip, she made the certification process seamless and enjoyable. On the second dive day I had difficulties equalizing my right ear, however Jenny stayed with me and made sure that the problem was corrected. If it hadn't been for her instruction and attention, I might have surfaced and called it quits for that dive. It was a great experience.
Additionally, the other staff members Emily, Josh and David were great as well.
You definitely have a professional team working for you and I won't hesitate to recommend your dive shop to any of my friends who are heading down to the Caymans for a dive trip.

Please provide us with pricing for an 8 night stay/ 7 days for 2 people diving with you and staying at Sunshine Suites Resort. My wife and I dove with you last year and had a truly memorable experience. We both have advanced diver certification. For scheduling purposes could you tentatively schedule us to dive with Jenny Smetters as much as possible, she was fantastic, as was Davide and Josh.

I just wanted to let all of you know what a wonderful trip I had with your establishment. You guys are really making it happen for us Yanks. I have done a thousand dives or more all over the world...you and Divers Down are at the top of my (our) diving experiences...you are amazing!!!!
We WILL be back and there is no one we will be diving with but you!
Come dive with us in West Palm!!!!Anyways....you are welcome anytime...otherwise we will be back next summer (maybe sooner)
